orientation of some one hundred and sixty eager culinary students
took precedence over the Vintages tasting for the September 15th
release. Consequently I have no wines to report on. However, as luck
would have it, I am off to explore the Andes Mountains in the Southern
regions of Peru. Yours truly lucked out and soon will be demonstrating
the how's and why's of fusion food, with the aid of a translator, to a
convention of Peruvian gastronomes. Although my trip is short, with any
luck there will be time to try out local fare, explore a market or two
and sip some
a corn brewed beer.
